Equipment Damage Reporting

Please report damage to any PBC-owned equipment by sending an email to damage@potomacboatclub.org. Please provide as much of the following information as possible:

• Name of boat
• Date you noticed the damage
• Description of damage (i.e., location on the hull, type of damage, whether the boat is seaworthy, etc.)
• As much as is known about how the damage occurred

Our top goal is to repair and return boats to use as quickly as possible, so please do not hesitate to report damage, whether you caused it or simply noticed it.
